Code of Ethics

Our clinicians follow the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board (CSWMFT) Code of Ethics. These laws and rules outline our professional responsibilities, ethical obligations, and client rights.

Code of Conduct

In addition to the state Code of Ethics, HWS has its own Code of Conduct (Team Member Standards). This document sets clear expectations for professionalism, integrity, and respectful behavior from every member of our team. It reinforces our mission to provide high-quality mental health care in a safe, supportive environment.
