At any time, you may share anonymous feedback regarding your experiences with HWS Best Health, LLC by completing the Client Satisfaction Survey located on our website. Additionally, you may receive an email once per quarter requesting your participation in completing the Client Satisfaction Survey.


You may also complete the HAq-II document within the client portal at any time. The HAq-II is a short survey that helps us understand how you feel about our work together in counseling—like how well we’re working as a team and if you feel supported and understood. It helps make sure we’re on the same page and that counseling is helpful for you.
