Tina Milliron brings a strong background in early childhood education, family support, and mentorship to her role as a Behavioral Health Specialist. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with children, families, and educators, helping create supportive environments where individuals can learn, grow, and feel empowered.

Her experience includes working as a Childcare Administrator, Family Support Specialist, Mentor/Coach, and Lead Teacher. Tina has helped families access housing, childcare, food, and community resources while also supporting children with academic, social, and emotional skills. She has also helped teachers and staff with professional development and strategies for success.

Tina’s approach is centered on collaboration, effective communication, mutual respect, and empowerment. She believes reliable relationships, access to needed resources, and consistent encouragement can make a meaningful difference in a person’s ability to succeed. Her passion for helping others is also shaped by her own experiences navigating mental health and recovery.

Tina holds a Child Development Associate credential and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Teacher Education. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Education, with plans to graduate in spring 2027. She is especially passionate about problem-solving, listening, and finding ways to make a positive impact on the children, families, and colleagues she works with.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time in nature and taking family day trips and vacations. She has been married to her best friend for 28 years, and together they have three children and three grandchildren.

Tina believes everyone has unique motivations, and listening, patience, and respect are key to building stronger relationships and teams.
