Sydnie Stotzer is a dedicated case manager with experience supporting children and adolescents in both educational and healthcare settings. She began her career as an assistant preschool teacher and later worked at Akron Children’s Hospital as a Behavioral Health Technician, providing direct care, emotional support, and crisis intervention for individuals with behavioral health needs.
Sydnie’s approach is patient, empathetic, and consistent. She emphasizes listening without judgment, advocating for her clients, and collaborating as a team to help them reach their goals. She believes that even small steps toward progress are meaningful, and that stability and hope can grow through consistent support.
Sydnie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Kent State Stark and has always been drawn to helping others. She is known for being dependable, supportive, and committed to empowering clients to succeed.
Outside of work, Sydnie enjoys traveling, hiking, baking, building Legos and puzzles, and spending quality time with family and friends. She takes pride in her persistence and believes that case management is about meeting clients where they are, providing resources, and helping them achieve meaningful progress.
