Shayna Hilton brings a strong background in early childhood education and support to her role as a Behavioral Health Specialist. Her experience includes working as a toddler teacher and progressing into a Center Director role, giving her a broad understanding of the needs of children, families, and individuals with disabilities.

As an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, Shayna helped children and families access community resources while supporting social and emotional development. She believes everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and that no one should be given up on. Her approach is rooted in empathy, encouragement, and maintaining a positive, open mindset, even when progress comes through small steps.

Shayna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and is interested in pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her passion for this work grew from seeing students struggle and wanting to be someone who could provide them with the support and encouragement they needed.

One of the most rewarding parts of Shayna’s work is seeing the people she supports succeed. She believes listening, staying open-minded, and remembering that everyone has their own perspective are important parts of building meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Shayna enjoys reading, nail care, and staying active. She brings compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others into everything she does.
