With a background that includes roles in community mental health, foster care services, and group facilitation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Shaquila brings valuable perspective across a range of settings from nonprofit and government agencies to private practice. She specializes in trauma, grief, and work with children and adolescents.

Shaquila holds a Master’s in Social Work and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, integrity, and transparency. She believes in working as a team to find meaningful solutions and always leads by example.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Shaquila enjoying the outdoors, whether it’s hiking with her fiancé and dog, visiting festivals, or spending time in her garden. She also loves finding creative outlets whenever she can.
