Sarah Mays is a Case Manager at HWS Best Health, bringing experience as a mother, medical professional, and coach to her work supporting children, adults, people with disabilities, justice-involved individuals, and families. She provides guidance and assistance with housing, budgeting, life skills, transportation, and access to community resources, helping clients build independence and self-sufficiency.

Sarah’s approach centers on compassion and creating a nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered. She emphasizes the importance of helping individuals advocate for themselves and meets each person where they are in their journey toward growth and healing.

Sarah earned her associate’s degree from Stark State College and completed the Physical Therapy Program. She was drawn to social services through a desire to help people using trauma-informed care. Known for her attentive listening and dedication, she helps clients navigate challenges while celebrating their progress and achievements.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys meditation and powerlifting, having broken six state records in her first powerlifting competition.
