Pam Yeager brings years of hands-on experience to her role as Clinical Supervisor. She provides thoughtful supervision to a team of therapists, supports client care by ensuring high-quality documentation, and continues to see a small caseload herself, grounding her leadership in real-time clinical work.

Before joining the HWS team, Pam held leadership roles including Director of Crisis Stabilization, Director of Programs, and Regional Sales Manager. Her background spans nonprofits, hospitals, and community-based services, with particular strength in crisis de-escalation, housing support, and whole-person wellness.

Pam holds a Master’s in Social Work, a Bachelor's in Business, and is licensed as a LISW-S and NICDC. She also continues to hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential, a testament to her lifelong commitment to care.

Pam’s approach is grounded in empathy, practicality, and the belief that good leadership means showing up and pitching in. “I never ask someone to do something I wouldn’t do myself,” she says.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys the open road on her motorcycle, the connections she builds through networking, and the satisfaction of helping her team and clients navigate systems that aren’t always easy to understand. “Help is available,” she reminds us. “But it takes tenacity to find it.”
