Contractor
STEAM Academy of Warrensville Heights
(216) 699-0754
With a dynamic background in clinical care, community outreach, and systems coordination, Noel Williams brings a unique blend of experience and empathy to her dual role as both a Partnership Development Consultant and Counselor. Over the years, she has served in many capacities including child services team lead, clinician, case manager, housing coordinator, and hospital social worker, supporting individuals across all stages of life.
Noel has worked with children, adults, families, the elderly, and individuals navigating substance use or behavioral health challenges. Her settings have been just as diverse: from schools and hospitals to community housing and child protective services, both in nonprofit and for-profit spaces. This breadth of experience helps her meet clients with flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and care.
Her approach to therapy is person-centered and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that clients are the experts of their own stories. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, social skills training, and interpersonal strategies to support children and families experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, suicidal ideation, or relational challenges.
Noel earned her Master’s in Social Work from Youngstown State University. Her clients appreciate her patience, authenticity, and steady presence. “Something I’ve learned from my clients,” she says, “is to always be true to yourself. Be genuine and don’t take things personally.”
Outside of work, Noel finds joy in spending time with family, planning events, and tapping into her creative side through scrapbooking. Her thoughtfulness and creativity show up not just in her hobbies, but in every connection she builds—whether with clients, families, or community partners.
