Natasha Perry brings warmth, flexibility, and a deep respect for human connection to her work as a case manager. With experience as a team leader, support specialist, and treatment specialist, she has supported children, adults, and families across a variety of needs by helping them navigate housing challenges, manage budgeting, and connect with vital community resources.
At the heart of Natasha’s approach is a belief in the power of relationship. She sees connection as essential to healing and growth, and approaches her work with empathy, patience, and an open ear. She’s known for being a great listener and giving comforting hugs.
Natasha holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts with a focus in public speaking, along with a minor in Youth Ministry. Her passion for hearing people’s stories and honoring each person’s unique path shines through in everything she does.
Outside of work, Natasha loves bouldering (indoor rock climbing), distance running, and playing tennis. Though she identifies as an introvert, she thrives on building one-on-one connections and celebrating the uniqueness of every person she meets.
Natasha states, “Everyone is not the same and what a beautiful thing that is. The Lord created us all differently so we can meet others where they are, in our own unique ways.”
