Lindsay Boyce brings a heart for helping and a natural connection with children and families to her role in case management. Before joining the HWS team, Lindsay worked as a preschool teacher, where her ability to connect with kids and support their growth quickly stood out. It was that very dedication that led a colleague to encourage her to take the next step of transitioning into a role where she could support children and families on a deeper social-emotional level.

Lindsay now works closely with clients to connect them with life skills training, community resources, and emotional support, always aiming to empower them to feel seen, valued, and capable. She believes that when people are encouraged to speak up, be themselves, and ask for help without fear of judgment, true growth and healing can happen.

With a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Lindsay combines her educational background with personal life experience. Growing up with her own challenges, she deeply understands how impactful it can be to have someone simply listen, guide, and advocate. Her passion lies in helping others feel comfortable in their own skin and offering that steady, reliable support that can make all the difference during a hard time.

Lindsay is known for her ability to build strong rapport with both clients and their families. She’s quick on her feet, a multitasker by nature, and deeply values connection. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time outdoors with her close-knit family, including her two daughters, Rylee and Linlee, and their big, lovable dog, Honcho. Whether it’s camping, kayaking, hitting the gym, or cooking at home, Lindsay finds joy in the everyday moments with the people she loves.
