Kelly Moore brings over two decades of dedication and expertise to her role as Director of Case Management at HWS Best Health. She leads with a steady focus on coordination, quality, and the overall efficiency of care by guiding her team through supervision, training, and a shared commitment to client-centered support. Whether she’s mentoring staff or developing systems, Kelly’s work is grounded in building relationships and breaking down barriers to well-being.

Kelly’s career has been shaped by a deep passion for advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities. For more than 20 years, she’s worked in the DD field, consistently promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion for those she serves. Prior to her current role, she served as a Case Management Supervisor, where she continued to center advocacy, connection, and accountability in everything she did.

Certified as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Kelly is a strong believer in collaboration, balancing clear expectations with compassion and support. Her leadership style is rooted in trust, mutual accountability, and showing up with integrity. For her, accountability isn’t about pressure, it’s about shared purpose and ethical care.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Kelly out on a trail with her dog Koda, enjoying the fresh air and a moment of balance, something she also encourages within her team. She believes that creating space for both personal and professional well-being is essential to doing good work and sustaining it.
