Juliana Cario, LPC, is a compassionate and dedicated counselor who creates a welcoming space for individuals to grow, heal, and thrive. She has experience supporting a wide range of clients in community, school-based, and outpatient settings.
Juliana uses a person-centered approach to therapy, focusing on building strong, trusting relationships with her clients. She believes that real change begins when people feel safe, heard, and empowered. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, or life transitions, Juliana walks alongside her clients with empathy and encouragement. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and offers support for a wide range of concerns, including self-esteem, grief, adoption issues, family conflict, and more.
Juliana earned both her Bachelor of Science in Education (Early Childhood Education) and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Youngstown State University. Her educational foundation, combined with her wide-ranging clinical experience, allows her to support each client’s unique journey with confidence and care.
She believes therapy should be a space clients look forward to—an opportunity for reflection, progress, and personal growth. Outside of work, Juliana keeps grounded by attending her own therapy, spending time in nature, listening to music, and being with family. She also enjoys working out, watching sports, traveling, and expressing creativity through cooking and baking.
“In therapy, I believe this is YOUR space to work toward clinical goals, achieve overall mental wellness, and get to where you want to be in life.”
