Jessi’s career has spanned a wide range of settings, including private practice, nonprofit hospitals, community mental health, child welfare, education, and disability services. Her past roles include Clinical Supervisor, Hospital Care Coordinator, School-Based Therapist, Social Services Worker II, and Employment Specialist. This extensive experience allows her to bring both clinical insight and real-world understanding to her leadership.

She holds an LISW-S and earned a Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Child Welfare, along with a Bachelor’s in Social Work and an Associate’s degree in Human and Social Services with a focus in Gerontology. Jessi is trained in TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and is currently working toward EMDR certification. Her specialties include clinical supervision, trauma, women’s issues, and working with children and adolescents.

Quality time and gift-giving are her love languages. She’s always planning something fun, making a handmade gift, or scouting out her family’s next beach vacation.
