He leads by example, never asking others to do something he wouldn’t do himself. Whether working with staff, independent contractors, or vendor partners, Jeff values trust, accountability, and open communication. He recognizes the emotional demands of the mental health field and holds deep respect for the dedication of the HWS team.

Jeff is known for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and team-first mindset. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, family, their dogs—and stays active by jumping rope.
