Jayme Phaphouvaninh has spent many years working with children in a variety of settings, from residential centers supporting young girls to classroom environments. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with children and families, helping them build life skills, connect with community resources, and strengthen their support systems.

As a Case Manager at HWS, Jayme partners with counselors to ensure families receive the aid and encouragement they need. She focuses on empowerment, goal setting, and overall wellness, using open communication and validation to help clients feel supported. For Jayme, the most rewarding part of her work is making a positive difference in children’s lives—whether that’s helping them reach a milestone, take steps toward their goals, or simply building trust through meaningful conversations.

Jayme earned her degree in Psychology from Kent State University and later completed her Master’s in Mental Health and Wellness at Grand Canyon University. Known by others as a patient and attentive listener, she takes pride in being a steady source of encouragement and connection for the families she serves.

Outside of work, Jayme enjoys spending time with her family, especially cheering on her children at basketball games. A self-proclaimed homebody, she also loves iced coffee, online shopping, and the cozy atmosphere of fall, her favorite season.
