Jasmine Alli brings heart, honesty, and a deep curiosity about people’s stories to her work as a counselor. With a background spanning case management, program leadership, and therapy, she has supported children and adolescents across a variety of settings including schools, outpatient services, domestic violence shelters, and community-based correctional facilities. No matter where she’s working, Jasmine leads with compassion and a trauma-informed lens.
Her approach is person-centered and holistic, considering the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being. Jasmine is especially experienced in supporting clients through trauma, including survivors of human trafficking and sexual assault as well as those navigating pregnancy and postpartum experiences, or challenges with substance use. She is trained in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is known for asking thought-provoking questions that help clients reflect and grow in honest, empowering ways.
Jasmine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Corrections from Youngstown State University. She believes that healing is built on mutual respect, trust, and an authentic connection between client and clinician.
When she’s not in session, Jasmine enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying great food. She also runs two side businesses: one focused on professional organizing and the other exploring AI horror art. Her love of Halloween, paranormal investigations, and classic horror films speaks to her belief in curiosity, mystery, and honoring what makes each person unique.
“In therapy,” Jasmine reflects, “healing looks different for everyone. With patience, trust, and support, people can find their own unique path to growth and wellness.”
