Isabella Rowlands brings a calm, compassionate presence to the clients and families she serves. As a counselor with experience as a therapist, school social worker, and clinical supervisor, Isabella has worked with children, adolescents, adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and survivors of child abuse across outpatient, school-based, and telehealth settings.

Isabella’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. She believes therapy should feel like a safe space where clients can show up as themselves without pressure to have everything figured out. Her goal is to help clients better understand their experiences, recognize patterns, and develop healthy coping skills while working toward meaningful, manageable change.

In addition to processing difficult experiences, Isabella emphasizes practical growth in therapy. She incorporates tools and strategies clients can use in their everyday lives, helping them build confidence and resilience both inside and outside of sessions. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and works to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and pace.

Isabella earned her degree from Youngstown State University and remains passionate about creating supportive environments where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal.

Outside of counseling, Isabella enjoys reading and watching crime documentaries. She also has a creative side and loves baking homemade sourdough bread.
