Haley Wittmer, LSW, has spent her career supporting children and families in a variety of settings. Her experience includes working as an Elementary School Social Worker, Medical Social Worker, and Children Services Social Service Worker in schools, hospitals, and community settings.

Haley takes a child-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative approach to her work. She focuses on helping children build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and navigate difficult experiences through supportive, evidence-based interventions. She believes people are better able to heal and move forward when they feel safe, supported, and understood.

Haley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University before earning her Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Akron. She strives to create an environment where clients feel respected, supported, and comfortable being themselves while working toward their goals.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. Together, they love attending concerts, football and baseball games, and food festivals.

Through her work with others, Haley has learned that “people don’t need perfection to grow. They need patience, safety, and someone who believes in their ability to change, even on the days they doubt it themselves.”
