Gabrielle Adovasio serves as a Clinical Supervisor at HWS Best Health Counseling, where she helps clinicians feel supported, confident, and equipped to provide high-quality care. Through supervision, collaboration, and professional development, she works alongside clinicians to strengthen their skills, navigate challenges, and grow in their careers.

Gabrielle has held a variety of roles in behavioral health, including therapist, private practice owner, and clinical supervisor. Her experience spans nonprofit organizations, government-based programs, and private practice, giving her a well-rounded perspective on direct client care, leadership, and operations.

Her areas of expertise include clinical supervision and leadership, trauma-informed care, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and animal-assisted therapy. Gabrielle holds a Master of Social Work and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervision Designation (LISW-S).

Gabrielle’s leadership style is collaborative, approachable, and encouraging. She wants clinicians to feel comfortable developing their own strengths and clinical style while knowing they have guidance and accountability when needed. She values creating an environment where people feel heard, respected, and supported.

Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her animals, gardening, beekeeping, crocheting, sewing, and creating or collecting vintage and handmade pieces. She also owns Lucy’s Locket, a vintage and handmade business that gives her a creative outlet outside of mental health.
