Her approach is person-centered, focused on meeting clients where they are, building trust, and encouraging them to work toward their goals while becoming the best version of themselves.

She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, believing that no one should have to feel alone when navigating life’s challenges.
She finds the most rewarding part of her work in witnessing client growth, seeing individuals push their limits, recognize their strengths, and achieve meaningful goals. Known for her ability to listen and provide guidance, Erika helps clients feel supported, valued, and understood.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband, Ross, and their young son, Rhett. She also plays in a sand volleyball league with friends and is proud of her background as a division II softball player at Malone University.
“Something I’ve learned is that it’s okay to not be okay. With hope, support, and determination, people can grow, heal, and overcome life’s hardships.”
