Jordan McQueen brings a background in mental health and direct care to her role as a Case Manager. Her previous experience includes working as a Mental Health Technician and Pharmacy Technician, along with training as a Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant. These roles have given her experience supporting children, adults, individuals with disabilities, and people living with dementia.

Jordan has helped individuals navigate a variety of needs, including life skills, transportation, housing, medical resources, and community services. She believes compassion and understanding are essential when supporting others, and that a strong support system, combined with a person’s own resilience, can make a meaningful difference in their ability to move forward.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Walsh University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling there. Her own experiences, along with her education, helped her recognize how many of the challenges people face are shared by others and inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping people.

Jordan strives to be a good listener and a supportive presence, especially when clients are facing difficult decisions. She believes in meeting people where they are and taking the time to understand their individual strengths, skills, and limitations.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys watching films, reading, hiking, and recently getting back into fishing. She believes that life experiences continue to shape who we are, and that we are all still learning and growing along the way.
