Cassandra Wylie serves as a Clinical Supervisor and Regional Operations Coordinator at HWS Best Health Counseling, supporting both the clinical and operational sides of the organization. She supervises case managers and licensed clinicians working with students in schools and throughout the community while maintaining strong relationships with our school and community partners.

Cassandra has previously worked as a Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, and in Quality Improvement. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and other mental health concerns in private practice and school settings.

Cassandra holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision designation (LISW-S). Her leadership style is grounded in relationships, accountability, and transparency. She believes staff thrive when they feel respected, supported, and encouraged to grow professionally.

Outside of work, Cassandra is a foster mom who enjoys spending time with her children and exploring activities throughout the community. She has welcomed more than 17 children into her home while balancing life as a single working parent, experiences that have shaped her compassion and commitment to supporting others.
