Jennifer Liptak is a Case Manager (QMHS-B) who is passionate about supporting adolescents and their families as they navigate challenges and work toward healthier, more stable futures. She provides case management services in schools, homes, and community settings, helping young people and their caregivers identify goals, connect with resources, and build skills that support long-term wellbeing.

Jennifer’s work focuses on education, empowerment, and collaboration. She believes that when individuals and families better understand mental health and the challenges they are facing, they are better equipped to make positive changes. She often incorporates principles of positive psychology into her work and has a strong interest in recreational therapy, particularly the role that music, art, athletics, and leisure activities can play in improving both physical and emotional health.

One value that deeply guides Jennifer’s work with youth is her desire to be the kind of supportive adult she wished she had growing up. She strives to create a space where young people feel safe, welcomed, and free from judgment. Jennifer makes it a priority to take time to learn about each young person’s interests, goals, and experiences, helping them feel seen and valued. Her own experiences have shaped a strong commitment to showing adolescents that they have someone in their corner who is truly listening and invested in their wellbeing.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in American Sign Language (ASL) and Disability Studies/Community Inclusion. While she is early in her career in case management, she brings enthusiasm, empathy, and a strong desire to learn and grow alongside the clients and colleagues she works with.

She values teamwork and believes that collaboration among professionals with diverse experiences leads to stronger support for clients and families. Jennifer also believes that the compassion and understanding promoted in the mental health field should extend beyond the workplace—to coworkers, friends, and the broader community. For her, taking care of one’s own mental and physical wellbeing is an essential part of effectively supporting others.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys creative and outdoor activities. She loves spending time at the art studio, listening to music, and exploring nature through hiking, kayaking, and swimming. She often brings along her Goldendoodle, Charlie, who enjoys adventures with her whenever possible. At home, she also shares her space with a rescue Ragdoll cat named Stella.

Jennifer is proud of the resilience she has built through overcoming difficult life experiences and brings that perspective into the care and compassion she offers others. She believes that kindness, empathy, and genuine connection can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives—both inside and outside of the work she does.
